I purchased PDF pack, but it is not giving me the option to merge documents. When I click on merge, it asks me to buy the PDF Pack annual subscription again.

If you have purchased PDF Pack few hours back, then you might need to wait for sometime till your order gets fully processed.

It can take up to 48 hours to process your order, so let me know if you are not able to get up and running after 24-48 hours.

If this is not the case, then let me know how you been trying to merge the PDFs.

Are you accessing the service via web or using Adobe Reader?
