I purchased the convert Adobe Export PDF and when I click on get started in my "thank you for your purchase" email, it takes me to the screen to purchase! How do I convert my pdf to an excel document?

Please login at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password.

Then select "Export PDF"

Or you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from https://get.adobe.com/reader/.

Then install Reader DC on your desktop.

Launch Reader then "Sign in" at top right corner with your Adobe ID and password.

Then select "Export PDF" from right hand panel.
