I purchased the Export PDF program and when I go to download the program, the prompt comes up to purchase again. What do I need to do?

I need to know how to access the program as I have already purchased it and I cannot find the program in my programs.  When I go into access it the=rough my sign in, I am prompted to purchase.  Help.
