I purchased the pdf pack, but I cannot access the Combine Files Tool.

I did the $14.99 per month plan for Acrobat Reader DC.  It will not allow me to access many of the tools, including the Combine Files Tool, which I currently need to use.  It had me sign in last week, and I had access to all of the tools, but today when I opened the program it tells me to "add" the tools.  When I click "add" it takes me to the Adobe website that wants me to purchase the same plan that I have already purchased.  Any help would be appreciated.
