I received notice that my auto-renew failed because the credit card could not be processed.  I updated the information, now how do I make certain my fee has been properly paid?

    If you're referring to your ExportPDF subscription, I can confirm that it renewed successfully. The next bill date listed in your account is November 27 2015, and the account is active.

    You can find a receipt for your payment by following the instructions in this document: Manage your membership and payments | Creative Cloud. Look in the Payment & Credit Card section.
