I recently purchased Adobe Export PDF and when I try to sign it I get the error message. I get the error message "Reader doesn't  have the ability to access this service. My PC was also recently upgraded and switched from an older version laptop to a new one. Please let me know what I need to do to access Adobe ID. Thanks
