I scanned and saved as PDF and then edited PDF but it wont let me save to computer only to online ?

I scanned and saved as PDF and then edited PDF but it wont let me save to computer only to online account. Is there any way of changing this?

All i did was rotate the pdf to be able to see it upright why cant i save it on my computer? Why does it only give me an option to save online?
