I search for documents in the app and it pulls up the box showing that the app is pulling the document from the cloud but when I click on the document cloud on the left side it tells me there is nothing in the cloud.

Some items have the cloud icon next to it when I search for them so then why does my document cloud link tell me there are no documents in my cloud?

Are you Signed In using your Adobe ID to view the files saved on Document Cloud?

Let me know the version of OS installed on your device?

Yes, I am signed into adobe reader.

Please check online https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent (Sign In using your adobe ID) if you are able to view & download documents saved on Document Cloud.
