Question

I signed up and paid my annual fee and now when I try to convert my pdf to word it is asking for another annual fee of the same amount before I can convert it. What is going on?

Please help! I've been reading others questions but this is not helping, I paid to convert pdf to word but when i go to convert it it says I have to pay another 23.88 to do it.

    It can take a little while for the subscription to process. If you're signed in to the Acrobat service and are still being asked to subscribe, please check the status of your subscription by logging in to adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password. Choose My Products and Services to check the status of your subscription.
