I signed up for Adobe Acrobat Reader PC and today and would like to cancel my order. I have been trying to cancel it on your website and it is taking me in a loop that I can't get out of. Can you PLEASE help me to cancel my order?

I signed up for Adobe Reader DC today and want to cancel.  Your cancellation process is horrible.  It is taking me in a closed loop, taking me back to the instructions but not allowing me to cancel.  Can you PLEASE help me to cancel this product?

    Acrobat Reader Dc is a free application that can be downloaded without placing an order.

    If it is related to any other product kindly refer to the following link to cancel the order : Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order

    I apologize... It is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that I ordered, not Adobe Reader

    DC. It is over $15/month. How do I cancel it? I follow the instructions and

    it keeps taking me back to the instruction page, not the cancel page.
