i signed up for the basic service to convert pdf file to word. it only convert the first 2 pages, not the entire document.

You can use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Export PDF

If you want, you can contact the Adobe support through Contact Customer Care Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html Sign in with your Adobe ID and password and choose to Show my contact options and choose Phone details.
