    Hi boxegirl,

Since ExportPDF is an online service, it shouldn't affect any files on your computer. Did you also install Adobe Reader? It sounds to me as though the filename extension association for JPEG files has somehow changed to PDF. What operating system are you on? You can reset the filename extension association, but the steps vary depending on your OS. Please let me know whether you're using Mac OS or Windows (and what version), and I'll try to get you pointed in the right direction.

I'm using Windows 8.1.  I've always  had Adobe Reader.  I'd like to get my photos back to JPG.

    Thanks..

    Hi Boxergirl,

Did you happen to install anything else, or make any other changes to your system. I'm flummoxed how signing up for an online service could affect file associations. Here are the steps for resetting file associations on Windows 8.1: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows8_1-desktop/windows-81-how-to-set-and-restore-file/16c2e10d-ec99-4fee-8f56-b87c4338e006

Please let me know how it goes.
