I subscribed but I cannot convert my files to Word

I need help getting started.  I would like to convert a PDF file to Word and I subscribed but I an unable to proceed.  Please help and thanks

    I've checked your account, and it appears that your order is still pending processing. Once order processing completes, you should be able to log in and convert files.
