I subscribed online and now want to cancel my product and receive a full refund. where can I find the registration number asked for on the refund page.

Is it the ExportPDF subscription that you want to cancel? If so, please see Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services. There is no registration number associated with a subscription (your Adobe ID acts as verification).
