I subscribed to export pdf but when I choose to export it prompts me to buy what to do?

I subscribed to export pdf for one year.  When I chose to export pdf it prompted me to buy it.  I already bought it. It should go right into the process so I could change the pdf to word.  What happened and what should I do to fix this?
