According to my Adobe account, I've been paying $23.88 for Adobe Export PDF, which is supposed to convert PDFs to Word. But every time I try to convert a PDF, it sends me to a pricing page so I can purchase the program, which my account info says I've already paid for.

Hello Hstrom,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. AS per the description above, when you are trying to convert a PDF to Word, it's taking you to a pricing page, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service, try exporting the file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

If you are using freeware Adobe Reader and getting the error message, please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and try exporting the PDF.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

The product I'm paying for allows me to upload my PDF to cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and have it converted there, online, and then downloaded as a Word docx. If I open the PDF and click convert, it takes me to the pricing page and there is no explanation of why or what I should be doing. Why does everything take so long to figure out?
