Hi johnkocela,

I've checked your account using the email address that you use here in the forums; you have an Adobe Send subscription, and one for ExportPDF, so it doesn't appear that you have a duplicate subscription (unless you have a second Adobe ID). And, if you signed up for a subscription via the Reader Mobile app--those subscriptions are managed by the respective app stores, and won't show up in your Adobe.com account.

You should be able to check your account by logging in to www.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password. Then, click My Plans & Products to see a list of your Adobe subscriptions and software.

What product is it that you believe you have two of?
