I've checked your account using the Adobe ID/email address that you use here in the forums, and I don't find any subscriptions tied to the that Adobe ID.

Please make sure that you're signing in using the same Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription.

You can Sign In using your Adobe ID into latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions or you can also login to https://cloud.acrobat.com‌ to use the online Adobe Acrobat Services.
