I tried to convert my pdf into a Word document, the program said it was converted but when I downloaded the file there was no text at all. Repeated attempts yielded the same result. Now when I try to convert a file from Adobe XI I keep getting a message that says "a network error occurred while attempting to sign in". What can I do?
