I try to convert pdf to word doc. It states it converts,I download and there is no text I've allowed pop ups, but this didn't help....

I try to convert pdf to word doc.  It states it converts,I download and there is no text  I've allowed pop ups, but this didn't help....

Any suggestions on what I can do or am not doing correctly?

    Are you facing this error while converting a specific file?

    Try converting that specific file using Acrobat : Download Adobe Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X
