I try to use export but I am automatically referred to purchase the product. I did purchase the product and in my account it shows it is not due for renewal until Aug 2018.

As its described above, export pdf function is keep directing you to the purchase page. So I assume that either you are not "Signed In" in the application using correct email address or you are working on incorrect application (Adobe Acrobat DC)?
As per your account information, you are a subscriber of Export PDF service which is active in your account.
Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
As well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
