I uploaded a form online using Adobe but cannot find anywhere to view and print out

I uploaded a form from a website using Adobe pdf.  I created an account with Acrobat to view and printout but the form is nowhere to be found on my pc.

How do I retreive?

    Please let me know how you did as you mentioned that

    "You created an account with Acrobat" means that you created an account for acrobat.com(https://files.acrobat.com)?

    Hi,

    I do not understand your steps and I am assuming that you upload your PDF file to Acrobat.com, but you cannot find the PDF file there.

    If so, please try to login into https://files.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password then search your uploaded PDF file.

    If this is not the case please let me know in more details how you did.

    Hello H. Spector,

    I logged into the above link with Adobe ID and password states no files currently.  I gave the title of the form I wanted to view and print on here but says not found.  I am at a loss.
