I used to subscribe to Adobe Send now. I have just paid for the new system to send and track files but the send button is not available when i complete the send form and attach my file.

I've just checked your account. I see that you have a pending Adobe PDF Pack subscription (and no other subscriptions pending or otherwise). Did you sign up for Adobe Send? If so, is it possible that you may have used a different email address?
