Hi Mosbeha,
As per your account details you do have a PDF Pack subscription registered under this account. But there's seems to be a problem with the billing.
As its a billing concern and this is an open forum, in this case would not be able to make any changes in the account. A verification is required and In order to verify and make changes to the account, you need to contact to our customer care team via chat.
