I've completed a Form in Fill & Sign, why are neither the Print nor Download as PDF functions operating.

    Hello

    I am in a panic! I see the drop down but I keep getting "Unable to download the completed PDF. An unexpected error occurred." I am using Google Chrome and I can't lose the information entered and this is the 3rd time I have completed this form.

    HELP?

    What happens when you click the "Print" button or the "Download as PDF" button? 

    Depending on the web browser you are using there may not be any feedback that anything happens but the "Filename_filled.pdf" file should be in your "Downoads" folder on your computer.  When you click "Download as PDF" a menu should drop down with options to download to your computer or to save to Acrobat.com - do you see that dropdown and then choose your computer?

    Which web browser and operating system are you using?

    I can't find any downloaded documents, and I do not get a drop down menu when I click on Download as PDF. I'm using Internet Explorer within Windows Vista.

    What version of Internet Explorer do you have on Vista?

    The dropdown should look like this:
