I've exported many credit card pdf statements to excel. However there are two months where I just get rubbish returned in the Excel tab and in word. Is this a bug?

How well a file converts depends largely on the quality of the original file.

Please let me know does it occur with all files or with specific?

Are you trying to access the service via web browser or via Adobe Reader?

If you're using Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you're using the latest version of Reader. You should have Reader 11.0.10.
