Hello , I 've got an annual subscription for Adobe export PDF, but I cannot use it, it asks me the software key That I don't have , thanks to help me

We see that you are a subscriber of Export PDF service.

Please share the screenshot of the entire page (including url in address bar) when your Export PDF service takes you to the “Buy Now” page. https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Please try with Adobe Reader DC as well as online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

In mean while please try the steps below-

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Sign Out & Sign In once if you have already signed in.

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

My guess is you paid for Export PDF but downloaded Acrobat. Just don't.
