I've just "exported" five PDF documents and the files on screen say they are .docx but they are not. They are still PDF's that I cannot edit. Please help!

I discovered you have to `download`the so-called docx for it to become a real Word.docx.

Have been able to file them locally to work on them.

Sorry that the forum could not replace a direct customer service chat from Adobe.

You'd think it is such a large company that sales and service would go together.
