I've just payed for a $12.99 per month subscription and whatever I try and do it keeps asking me to subscribe? All I want to do is fill out a form!! Someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong??

What subscription did you purchase? What software or website are you trying to fill out the form with? Is the form a PDF?

iI've done it now with a different app but would really like to know what I have purchased. The form wasn't PDF, I was trying to convert it. I'll attach a pic where it keeps asking me to subscribe which I've already done but it still keeps asking and won't let me past that screen.

That is for the "Adobe PDF Pack", here is the forums for the PDF Pack, you should be able to get help from there with these issues, I don't really know the answers:

The product which this Forum is for is Adobe Fill & Sign which is a free web application for filling out and signing forms. It is not part of the PDF pack, it is Free so you'd have access to this service whether or not you have the PDF Pack. You might want to try it out to see if you can do what you need in your form, you can upload the form, fill it out and sign it and then download the filled PDF form to send to whoever needs to receive your form:
