I want a refund

Recently downloaded the acrobat reader and purchased the export pdf tool. But it wont it wont let me to actually EXPORT anything...just takes me back to the page asking for another payment. Ive cancelled the membership. Will I get a refund?

This is an Adobe User forum, not Customer Support.  We (the moderators and members of the Adobe forums) are not able to handle any requests (e.g. cancelation, refund, renewal, upgrade) regarding paid services/subscriptions.
