I want a refund

Hi there,this is a very very stressful for me because it says there it is a 7 DAYS FREE TRIAL but I only use 1 hour and it didn't work so I cancelled it and I thought it was okay and suddenly here comes my bill dated November 10,2020 with an amount of $22.66 and December 10,2020 with an amount of $22.28 so I'm wondering why I was charged with the said amount?well in fact I just try only 1 hour of the 7 days free trial but it never work...So please I need the refund of my money...

It doesn't matter how much time you used it. When you downloaded the free trial you agreed for it to automatically continue to a subscription after the 7-day trial period, which is what you've been paying for. Whether or not you use it is not relevant. You can cancel the subscription now using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
