I want my right-click options back!!!!

I am soooooooo frustrated !I previously had Creative Cloud (via a university), which was way more than I needed.  That expired, so I've been shopping tonight for something less.

All I want to do is be able to right-click a doc on my computer and have the option there to convert to .pdf or combine files into .pdf.  What in the world do I have to purchase so I can have this functionality again?  I purchased the PDF Pack tongiht, but it looks like I have to work in the browser to convert, which is not what I want.
