please help me cancel my subscription. I used it for a month last year....I don't need it now.

Hi Stacy,

The ExportPDF subscription is set to auto renew after twelve months unless you turn off auto renewal. Since you subscribed on the 16th, you would have been charged on Jan 16 this year.
