Same here. I would like to cancel my annual subscription for Adobe ExportPDF. I have followed every step in the "Need help?Contact support" section but have come around in circles with every link. The online chat does not seem to work, and it directs me to the forum here. Please help.
I understand your Frustration, however, i would like to know that Did you tried Chatting with our Customer Care Executive? Or calling at the Customer Care Contact Number mentioned on that page ?
