I want to cancel my membership

How do I cancel my membership?  None of the links are allowing me to do it and I have been on hold for a very long time. The recording states that my hold time is between 30-45 minutes

    I'm not able to cancel annual Acrobat subscriptions, so please http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html,

    Choose Acrobat and follow the prompts through until you see the blue Still Need Help? button. Click that to find both phone and chat options. Give the chat a try--it's no doubt a busy day with Adobe just now back open after the holiday break.
