I need help to cancel membership?  The directions to follow on the site in help do not work. Help

Please see this document for instructions: Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services.

If you have a month-to-month Acrobat.com subscription, you can cancel it yourself following the instructions in the "Cancel a month-to-month subscription" section.

If you want to cancel an annual subscription, it's necessary to Contact Customer Care.
