Hi James,

I see that you have an Acrobat subscription. Please Contact Customer Care if you'd like to cancel. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and then choose Membership, Account, Payment. Click the blue "Still Need Help?" button to find both phone and chat options for Customer Care.
