I want to cancel my subscription,

I want to cancel my subscription, but the system trying to charge me an $ 75 dollars annual fee if im cancel.

Ill get my trial subscription and they dont said i can't cancell after my trial period, and they dont said nothin about this going to be annual membership.

 

I need somebody help me to cancell this subscription.
