I want to cancel my subscription, and when I followed the steps to cancel, a notice came up saying I had to contact us
How do I cancel??

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Adobe PDF pack and export pdf. Refer to the steps given in the following link to cancel the subscription: Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services
