Question

I want to cancel my subscription but when I press the cancel button nothing happen!!

I want to cancel my subscription but when I try to nothing happens. Go into account setting press cancel plan. That's fine....It asks you why and I pressed on my reason then on the cancel plan button and nothing happens!!
