I want to cancel my subscription, the cancel button does not appear.

Hi Javierp,

We have checked your account and found that the subscription status is already "Suspended". That might be the reason that you have not been able to cancel it from your end.

You may contact to the support team to get the subscription terminated completely. Follow the steps suggested below to reach out to the support.

1- Refer to the link Contact Customer Care

2- Select Account issues

3-  Show me my contact options.
