I want to cancel my whole account!

I want to cancel my whole account, I do not like this program and it said if I canceled with in 30 days I would get a full refund. I want to cancle this ASAP and it will not allow me to. Please help me with this!!!!!!

    We have checked the account using the email address used to sign in to the community. There is no subscription listed under that account.

    If you ave purchased susbcription using an alternate email address, please try the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the subscription: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

    I checked your account and noticed that you had already canceled. I went ahead and processed that refund for you. You should see it in your account in 5-7 business days.

    Sara Forsberg in tour last email to me you said my account had already been cancled but on March 2 I was charged another $1, why am i still being charged?

    Hi amberh69,

    That charge should not ever post to your account. These transactions help Adobe confirm that the credit card used is valid and not reported as lost or stolen. The transaction isn't charged to your account, and once your credit card company verifies it, Adobe removes the charge.

    I imagine that "test charge" is the result of the steps that I needed to take to process your refund. If you do see that it posts to your account, please let us know.
