I want to change a file that I paid for. Why will it not work?

Hi

I paid for a subscription to change PDF files to word documents.

I cannot change it because I am getting a message saying my subscription has expired, yet I just paid for it.

I would like you to fix it please

    I checked your account and found that the subscription for Export PDF is active.

    Please try from a different browser and check.
