Hello Patrickt,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you want to install the Adobe ExportPDF service as an application on your new computer, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID and password. It is an Adobe Document Cloud online service, and cannot be downloaded as an application on a computer or cannot be transferred from one machine to another.

You can access the service thorugh the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari or through desktop and mobile app Adobe Reader DC.

Download freeware Adobe Reader DC from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Sign in with your current Adobe ID and password and access the service of Adobe ExportPDF.

For troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
