As per your account description you are a subscriber to Adobe PDF Pack. Are you looking for an Adobe Acrobat DC or some other application?

You can check the options available under your Adobe account, which helps you to manage your plans.

Login to Adobe account using Adobe I.D and password>Manage Account>Plans & Products > Manage plan

Through manage plan you can change your plan, as you wish to. And if you do not have the option to change plan what to are looking for, then for that you may contact to our customer care billing team Contact Customer Care they will help you with this.
