How do I complete an on line application that is a PDF. It will not allow me to convert file to Word.

Hi veronab37770948,

It shouldn't be necessary to convert that PDF form to Word. What happens when you try to fill out the PDF? Are you using Reader, or filling it out in a browser window? Have you tried uploading it to https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign and filling it out there?
