Als ik een pdf file wil converteren naar Excel verschijnt de boodschap "an error occured while trying to access the service"

Drie weken geleden luket het nog wel. Wat gaat er fout?

Hi harrygrem,

Please let me know the exact workflow you are following when you get this error.

Are you trying to convert from within Reader or from Browser?

If from Reader then make sure you are signed in within Reader, Also try updating Reader to the latest v11.0.09 and check.

If from Browser,please let me know which Browser you are using and its version.

Does it occur with all files?

Have you checked with a different browser if possible?

Hello Florencejohn,

I found out how to make it work.

I’m doing the bookkeeping for one of my clients with Unit4Multiverse.

That ’s an online accountancy-program.

The standardreports are in PDF-files. I can ’t converse them direct into Excel in the Multiverse online program.

I now found out that i have to transfer these PDF-files to my own harddisk, than the PDF-files can be converted.

Problem solved.
