I want to convert a PDF to Word but after click on CONVERT button a window appear and disappear and nothing happens... No error messages are issued! What is happen?

What could be wrong? May be a document protection? In that case, there is not a error message to show me that?

Did you tried converting via web interface : cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
