I want to convert a PDF to word but it asks me to sign in then wont let me.Why.

I want to convert a PDF to Word. When I click on the convert button it ask me to sign in. Then it wont let me enter anything in the boxes on the sign in form.  I can enter into Membership services with My e.mail and Password.

any ideas

    Hi raymondd21596240,

    If you are using Adobe Reader DC or XI version please sign in first from right upper corner "Sign in".

    If you are using Reader XI then please wait for a while then double click the email address field,  then start typing your email address in the field.

    If this does not work then please use our web ui at https://cloud.acrobat.com to export your PDF file to Word.

    Please let me know if still does not work.
