I want to convert pdf file to word as I have the plan but error message says failed to export because storage limit exceeded. But I have virtually no files in my document storage cloud

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble you had while using the Adobe Acrobat Export PDF services.

Could you please share more details about the issue? Are you using the freeware Acrobat Reader desktop app to use the services, or the Acrobat online services? Please note that when you convert a file, Acrobat saves only the new converted version. Acrobat does not save a copy of the original file. Try with a different browser, and sign in with the Adobe ID (email) through which you have subscribed to the services, and which you have used to log in to this community platform. Also, check under the documents on Acrobat Online for the storage and saved documents.
